The original Texas Cowboy Pianist, A.O. Babel was born in Seguin, TX on December 22, 1858. Before becoming a musician, he worked as a guide, scout, cowboy, and interpreter. He discovered his gift as a pianist while convalescing at Fort Sill, Indian Territory. During his career, he played in New York City and for European royalty. A. O.
